Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

   • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

   • Custom items require an additional 5 days of design and processing time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

   • U.S. Domestic Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.

   • International Shipping: Not currently available, but can’t wait to ship across the pond and beyond!

3. Shipping Rates:

   • Standard Shipping: Orders of $49 or less will be charged a flat rate of $6 per order. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

4. Order Tracking:

   • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Return Policy

1. Returns:

   • All items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless otherwise damaged in production or shipping.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact customer service immediately at hello@gildedgoodspaperie.com to initiate a replacement for damaged items.
